Who am I?

Welcome to my blog! Let me introduce myself my name is Kayla I'm 33 years old I turn 34 on October 3 (wow that's crazy, I'm getting old!) Lol anyway I've been married to my husband Chris for 7 years, he is 17 years older than me so I have 3 step daughters & 3 son in laws, 1 biological grandson and 2 step grandkids, 1 boy & 1 girl, my husband and I own and run 3 businesses together @rkmarine @strapwrap & @unlimitedcoversllc and I started my SeneGence cosmetics and skincare business in August 2018.

Here's a little back story of how I ended up starting this business. Right after getting married my husband got sick and we self diagnosed him as having celiac disease like his father so for the last 6 years he ate gluten free but was gradually getting worse not better, in January 2018 we had sold our house and moved into a 32 foot travel trailer, we have always just lived off of 1 income because I run the office but don't get paid, he finally agreed to go to the doctor in July 2018 he went in for his consultation and they suggested a colonoscopy and blood tests of course! You know what comes next worry, and stress! I had decided to join SeneGence shortly after his consultation just for the discount, his colonoscopy was set for August I received my kit the day before his appointment. My mom came up from St. George to be my support system and was excited that I had joined so I decided to try and make it a business. Chris' appointment went good but we found out that he had a polyp that they removed that day, now we wait to find out what his full diagnosis is, that means more stress and worry. We finally got the diagnosis he has ulcerative colitis, it can be put into remission but he will have to try a handful of medications until he finds "the one" so far we have failed 3 and have had 4 doses of the new meds but this medication he has to have through an iv that takes 2 hours to administer which means closing down our 3 businesses at 3 PM for 1 day every 8 weeks! I'm lucky with SeneGence that I can work from anywhere so I work from the hospital while he sleeps and takes his meds! I'm gonna end here so I have more things to post about Lol.
